Proper frag-glueing technique

So, I have now lost 2 shrooms and a ric from breaking loose of their plug. First two I used the more liquid-type super glue and attributed the losses to that. So I got some gel glue cyanoacrylic and glued a newly fragged ric (i let it attach to the sand first for about 10 days) to it and still, it's gone the next day. Any tips or trick for keeping the frags solid on the plug?

Mushrooms tend to slime a lot, so super glue doesn't necessarily work to well with them. You might be better off just putting the frags in a small glass bowl full of rubble and wait for them to attach on there own. GL.
