Protein Skimmer, can it run this

Got a question regarding skimmers running systems...

Current SW is a 90 gallon, with two 100 gallon rubbermaid tanks filtering it which has a diablo dcs 250int skimming it...

Considering setting up a 300 gallon FOWLR system and stealing the skimmer from that system to run it...

I have a diablo dcs 150 that I can put on the current system and if I did I would remove one of the rubbermaid tanks.

Is a diablo 150 large enough to run a 90 gallon with 100 gallon sump?
The 90 gallon currently has a snowflake eel, dwarf lionfish, flame angel, yellow tang, yellow eye tang and a bi-color fox face.

Would it be possible to keep both rubbermaids with the 150 skimmer?
One is setup with the skimmer and the other is setup with live rock and lights that come on opposite to the DT.

I don't plan on adding anymore fish just more coral, if anything some of the fish might get moved to the 300 gallon.

I would try running the current system with the smaller skimmer to see what happens, especially if you're going to transfer some of the fish, lightening the bio load. Are you using any macro algae in the one tank with the rock and lights? If not, you might consider running some Caulerpa which would help with the load.

I am not, just a lot of rock that has become live and I have 3 mollies living in it that I am trying to get to breed to help feed the lion fish.

I will most likely hook it up and just keep an eye on all the levels to see what it does.

When dealing with skimmers and the suggested bio loads it can handle does that include coral?

I am now thinking of removing the majority of the fish and just get a few smaller fish and turning this into an all reef system, the way I stacked the rocks doesn't really do what I had in mind at first anyways, they are too vertical to get a bunch of coral growing.
