a friend gave me this about a month ago and since I am in camera mode today I thought I would share. (thanks Z)

its pretty small but I am trying to fatten her up.. she eats like a pig so I call her Petunia for now. If i was to guess she could probably fit inside the cap of a test tube from my API test kit when fully retracted at night. in the daylight she about 2 or 3 inches in diameter. its not the best picture but I am trying. (not a fancy camera) I wish these cameras would let me focus instead of auto focus.

Very nice rbta. I love the marbling, which I haven't seen much of in rose colored bta. As for feeding, when its that small, I would only use mysis shrimp or very finely chopped shrimp/fish and only a little bit. Dot over feed it, and only 2-3 times a week.

yea I know it was a bit large. (hehe)

normally I only feed it mysis or it catches one or two when I am feeding something else. and have fed it very small pieces of silversides now and again.

this was the first time I gave it krill and I kinda thought once it grabbed it... "oh jeez that thing is gonna choke to death on that!" but it hasnt blown up yet so I guess all is well for now.

I will probably hold off feeding for awhile
