Pseudosquilla ciliata

Does anyone know how I could get her to develop the white stripe some have? She's kept her nice green color, but I'm curious about changing her color intentionally.

Our second mantis was exactly like that. We named her "Butterscotch". 
I wish we still lived in that town - a friend of ours ordered her for us and we paid a grand total of $2 for her. She kept that color, even though there was so much macroalgae in the tank she sometimes had a hard time chasing the fish through it!
