Pump GPH question for new chiller

I have a new Teco chiller coming in this week and it requires a 180-600 GPH pump.

My question is this... Do i buy a 180 GPH pump, a 600GPH pump or something in the middle??

This is way to complicated for a Monday morning...

I had the same question last week and was told to aim for a pump somewhere in the middle by the great staff at Drs. Foster and Smith.
