Pump Info For 150 Gallon

Greetings,

Looking for some info and ideas on pumps for a 150g tank. Have yet to set up so I am an open book to all ideas. What works, what failed what suggestions you may have for a ole salt who was away from the hobby for 10 years. Although I spent a few good years underwater up close and personal through scuba.

So any ideas on pumps PLEASE let me know.

The new Fluval Line pumps are real nice I would start at the SP4, Iwaki 30 would also work real good.

Thanks Moondogy4. I am going to do a touch more research over the next few weeks, but I am looking/leaning toward the EcoTech Vectra M1/L1. Kind of liking the product line but now the cost. However, I have seen the Ecotech pump in use and I do like the idea of controlling the flow rate. I will keep on reviewing....MY how the industry has changed.
