If you are going to use the sea swirl on the new closed loop the max rated flow rate for the 1" sea swirl is 1150.
So with anything higher you run the risk of blowing it out.
That why I run the Mag 12.

Nope. Just split the returns...some to the Sea-Swirl and some to other outlets.
