Pump recommendation for 29g cube

Hey Everyone,
I am looking for a pump recommendation for a build I'm doing. It is a 29g cube. The pump will be in the sump below the tank, approximately 4ft head height. I am looking for something with enough outflow and QUIET. My wife wont be to happy if the tank makes too much noise.

Let me know what you recommend.

For quiet, you're probably gonna look at a DC pump. Ranging from most economical to most expensive, I'd look at:

Jebao DCP-3000
Reef Octopus Varios 2
Tunze DC 1073.05

I'm partial to the Tunze for its great reputation for long term reliability and top notch service from Roger Vitko, the Tunze USA rep.

For a decent AC pump the Sicce pumps would work, like the Sicce Silent 3.0. although I've heard varying opinions on how quiet they are.

I have a Eheim 1250 and my wife sits next to my new IM 25 Nano (no rear chamber) and she does not complain about the noise. She constantly complains about the noise on my 120 so I just bought a Simplicity 240 skimmer, so I was complaining about the noise she as making about the skimmer.
