anybody running a external pump? not sure what I want to get but it needs to be able to pump up about 14'

People rava about the blue lines and the Iwakis. I have heard that the new corallife external pumps are pretty good too.

I was wondering about the Iwakis they seem real resonable for what they put out

If you go with the Iwakis, juss be sure to go with the Jap motor ones. Much quieter and more reliable So everyone says. I'm not speaking from experience, but it is an overwhelming majority who say so. I'm sure you have already read

I'm running a Sequence Hammerhead. Low energy and tons of pressure. A few extra dollars but it's worth it in the long run.

14'? guessing going up from the basement? the bluelines have the same if not better specs than Iwaki's... go to championlighting.com they have a pump comparison page that should be useful.
