Purchasing a new tank, how to transfer without taking pests?

So I'm planning to purchase a new tank, something like the reefer 625xxl and transfer frags or portions of the colonies I currently have except for I'm fairly certain I have aefw. I'm thinking of plumbing a frag tank into my system, fragging my corals, dipping them and discarding the rocks they were on. Would this work or would the aefw be able to lay eggs on other liverock, hatch and make it into the frag tank that's plummed into the display? I don't want to transfer any pests to the new tank, but I also don't have the space and ability to have a qt, cycle a new tank and keep my current tank running all at the same time.

If I dip and then put them back in the same system will I have issues? I guess what I'm saying is, do aefw live on or lay eggs on anything except the actual coral itself?

You are going to need to QT them and do many dips to ensure that they don't go with you. You can save the rock - they will all die in a few months once the acros are gone.

The aefw can only lay eggs on the rock work or dead spot of the Arco.
I wouldn't uses any of the old rock and start fresh.
