Purple Bush not doing well?

I purchased a purple bush gorg. yesterday and it hasn't opened once for me yet. From what I've read they need moderate to strong light and moderate to strong flow. both of which I have (see signature)

any ideas? I placed it near the bottom of the tank on top of LR and have it wedged in place. The flow might be too strong cause the coral moves when its in place. I have a CLM with a dart.

forgot to mention that I didn't acclimate it to the light, it was under NO florescents and I put it under my 250 HQI MH, not smart I know, what can I do or should I not worry?
