I have had a purple variety of Goniopora tenuidens in my system for 2 months now.It responds to feeding very well and has even grown for me.I think when I got it it was a little starved.It has longer polyp extension now too.I was cuious about all the pics I see on goiopora.org of the same one I have.All the pics show the polyps as short knubs.I did'nt know if this was typical for this one variety or not.I read somewhere that iron suppliments help with polyp extension too.
