Purple Tang

Hello, I just purchased the rescued Purple Tangs and I wanted to say what a great idea it is to offer rescued animals. Hopefully I can nurse them back to health.

Also I have a few questions:

#1-What foods were being fed to the Purple Tangs?

#2-Were all the rescued purple tangs housed together or seperated?

#3-I choose next-day delivery for shiping, however when I had to pick a date for arrival the earliest available was Friday, June 12. I am a little confused by this so maybe you could help clarify the situation.

Thanks for the questions. We feed our own Blue Zoo Mix as well as live and frozen brine. All of the herbivores have ogo or ulva algaes in their tanks to graze on.

The purple tangs are not housed together due to aggression. They are kept in standard holding cubes appropriate to their size.

We have a cut off time for same day shipping. That time is 7AM PST. You probably placed the order after that time so the next available delivery date would assume a shipping date of the 11th.
