PVC glue

I am planning on changing up some plumbing work on my tank..

I currently have Low VOC PVC cement. (Red Hot Blue Glue) is what its called.

Is that dangerous to use on my established tank??

Do i need to get No VOC pvc cement?

I didn't even know they had low VOC cement... I am pretty sure PVC cement it mostly VOCs. I use the full powered stuff myself because I cant find anything else.

Once cured it should be non-toxic like most other PVC solvents.

ya thats what i figured. it says potable water safe...

so that means aquarium safe too..

ya but everything at home depot is low VOC..
