Pygmy angel okay in 36 reef?

I really like the pygmy (cherub) angel and would like one in my tank but I've heard stories of angels devastating corals. Has anyone had experience with this fish in their reef tanks. I have 3 sps pieces and a number of lps (frogspawan, candy cane/trumpet, orange plate, open brain)

I also have:

2 clowns
2 green chromis
1 6-line wrasse
1 lawnmower blenny

This would be my last fish to add to that tank. I also have about 50lb live rock.

Let me know what you think, thanks.

yes. they are fine in reef tank the best one u could chose they stay small and i have never hear of them ever picking at corals.

I wouldn't say fine, I'd say: use caution... 50/50 chance that they nip at the corals...

but, you have alot of fish already in a 36 gallon aquarium... I think that adding that last fish is going to put ya over on the bioload, and you will start having problems with algae and nitrates.

I have had a cherub for at least 2 years. she is a model citizen and i have no problems. I also feed often and have her in a large tank. my tank is mixed lps, sps and softies.
I think one more fish may be ok. your fish are all small and not too messy. How are your parameters? what kind of skimmer do you have? how often do you feed? answers to these questions will help decide if you can have one more fish.
I have 9 fish in my 180 two of which get large and i think I am almost maxed out.

Water Param.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate < .5 ppm
Salinity 1.025
Calcium 420-460
Alkalinity 8-10 dKH
Temp 78-81

I run an aqua c remora hang on the tank skimmer. No sump. I usually feed once per day (flake or frozen blood workms & mysis shrimp). I will occasionall miss a feeding but not too often.

Adding the cherub would put the fish count to 7. I know it is a lot of fish, but they are all small. Anyway, do you figure a cherub would put it over the bio load limit. I also do weekly water changes of about 5 gallons.

I have a 35 gallon, and feel the max amount of fish is 5... maybe 6 if they are small... its possible to do it, just keep up on water changes!!!! may be doing 7 gallon weekly changes instead of 5. And the filters will be working overtime.
