I don't know really where to post this question. So, I thought I would post it here.
I am setting up a tank, with a refugium etc. As well I am going with a QT. Does anyone have a QT tank connected to their sump going into their display? I don't see any benefit in this, because if you remove a fish that is ailing, and input to your QT tank wouldn't that disease leek into the sump and spread into the display? Would it be best if I leave the QT tank plumbed on it's own? Every info would be great. Thanks.
