QT Question

I've been reading a lot on this site and have been scared into setting up a QT tank but have a few questions. I plan on adding 7 chromis and was wondering if keeping them in a 20 gallon tank for the QT period is going to be a problem?

I also plan on adding a yellow tang and either a Kole or Tomini Tang as my last fish. Is it big enough to hold them both for a few weeks? Should I add them separately? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Your 20 gallon will be fine for both the chromis and a tang. Personally, I'd suggest only one tang at a time. Fish should be quarantined separately. It minimizes the risk of one possibly infecting the other. I'd suggest adding the yellow tang last, being the most aggressive of the bunch, so either the kole or tomini first, then once that fish is transferred to the DT, quarantine the yellow.
