QT tank, flow, and ich

A thought occurred to me the other day. Is there any info out there relating to what kind of flow is best in a QT tank. Is there any relation to flow and how well ich can or can not find contact with fish?

i would say flow in a qt tank would depend on the fish that was in qt. Achilles tang would need more than clownfish , ect.... .

You don't want the fish pinned on the powerhead/filter, but as ich does damage a fishes gills I'd say keep it brisk to encourage loss of CO2 and keeping O2 levels up.

Flow is less a determinant of how well they find a fish than is the type of substrate, light period and if your copper level is therapeutic, none of the others will really matter.
