QT tank in garage

I live in Flagstaff, AZ and winters are snowy and cold. Space is limited for me, and I was wondering if keeping a 20Gallon QT in the garage would be a problem. The garage is not insulated very well, and it does get chilly, but if the tank has good circulation and heater it should be ok right?

Doesn't it get pretty hot in the summer though? Also, I'm not sure about the carbon monoxide coming from your car (if you store one in your garage, that is).

actually Flagstaff is mild in the summer, we are at 7000 feet, so it would never go over 80. We do park one car in the garage, but the QT would be right next to a window that I can open.
