QT time for fish being treated prophylactically

How long does a fish being treated prophylactically with copper and prazi need to be in qt? I have a powder blue tang that has been in QT for 21 days and been treated with cooper the whole time and prazi for two weeks.

IF the copper is at therapeutic dosage, I recommend 4 weeks.
