QT to DT Transfer Questions

I've had a Purple Fire Fish in QT for a little over 3 weeks and am getting ready to move her to the DT. But I have a couple questions before I make the transfer.

She has been doing well, looks great and eats like a pig. If my salinity and temp is the same between both the QT and DT, do I need to acclimate? Both tanks are 1.025 @ 80 degrees.

Can I just scoop her up with a net, run her upstairs quick and plop her in the DT? I'm assuming 30 or 45 seconds in a net out of water isn't going to do her any harm? Or is that too long?

Also, are those SeaChem Ammonia badges salvageable if I break down the QT, or are they trash once they sit out of water? I remember their being some weird sticker over the badge, but I didn't think to save it.

most advise a min of 4 weeks for qt, leaning towards longer... If the ph and salinity are the same, I wouldn't acclimate, but I'd verify the ph. I wouldn't rush with a fish in a net. Take the chance to do a small water change on the DT.. Use the waste water bucket for transferring. If you need to acclimate, you can do it in the bucket... if you don't, you will be in no rush getting from the QT to the DT because the fish should be more than fine in a bucket of water.
