hey all
i am in the process of upgrading my tank, and i really want to add a queen angel to it. i have mostly lps and softies. i am curious as to what a queen angel might nip at, if he would nip at anything at all. also, the emperor would be my next pick, followed by the blue face and french. i dont know if any of these will pick at anything, and just thought i'd see what everyone's experience is with these fish.

D: All of the above

Alot depends on the fish, some people have angels that rarely ever bother coral, others have them that are like vacuum cleaners and eat everything. I would say that the Queen is most likely to eat more of the LPS than the softies, still might have a snack on the softies, also I hope you do not have clams in their, cause they will be gone! I have also heard they love Zoo's!

Any time you place an angel, either pygmy or large, there is a good chance that one will start to eat a coral. Some not right away, others could be months or even a year, but then all of a sudden they will start.

The real question is if you want the Queen an can take it eating some corals and not others and keeping the type of corals it doesn't eat. So it can be a trade off. This is also why people have tank with just corals and tank with fish.
