Question about diy stand/leveling and glueing?

I am not a diy guy. But I am willing to try, how do you guys get it to level? and how do you guys make it to flush? I assume you guys glue it first? then drill? is there a step by step for a noob like me to build one? please?

home depot probably has a how to book check em out ! to level the bubble goes in the center ,flush is to the end ,even with it . it's difficult to explain the whole process , you need to talk to some cabinet maker . sorry it's so simple it's hard to explain good luck !
