Question about Ice-cap 660 for T-5

My question is it possible for half of the unit to quit while the other half sill work? I had it set-up for 4 bulbs for over a year and when I changed bulbs it worked for about 1 week and two of the bulbs won't light now. I've tried changing the bulbs around and checking for loose wires. The only other thing that comes to mine is that the ballast is bad. Does anyone know of such of a problem. Thanks

Nope. If one is not working the IC660 will flash on then turn right off. Good Luck

That's what it is doing. Two of the bulbs flash on then go off. Does that mean only half of the ballast is still active?

From IceCap:
It means there's a beak in the continuity some where on the side (2 lamps) that doesn't flash on. BTW, wait 15 seconds or more between cycling the ballast on and off to avoid an avoidable repair trip.
