question about leather

alright i need some advice...i have a large pink leather on the right side of my tank and when it blooms its huge. but recently i moved some powerheads around and i put one on the left side of it shooting straight accross. ive got really good flow in the tank now but the leather doesn't open up as much and it looks as though the courrent is somehow bouning off the glass and getting under the leather and somewhat trying to make it inside/out, does that make sense? anyways it gets really good light so should i be worried or do i need to move the powerhead? by the way the powerhead which its close to is a modded MJ 1200, then i have a regular MJ 1200 & 600, and tunze 5025...again i have really good flow in the tank but i dont want to harm the leather since its the biggest most expensive coral i have in my tank at this moment.

If it was doing well before you moved it and now it's suffering then move the pump! IME leathers can take a strong amount flow but they do have their limits.
