Question about my micros and their growth.

I have about 11 morphs of micros that are mounted on three rocks. All other micros that I have are mounted seperatly. My questions is, they are all starting to grow into each other. Is this going to cause a problem? Will one overgrow another? When fully expanded, they seem to touch a lot and it does not seem to bother any of them. Maybe doc or Jen / Charles might have some advise about how to control the growth from frag to colony. I will try to add some pics in a few to illustrate my dillema.... Thanks TPG

One thing that I love about micros is that they do not seem to attack each other... HOWEVER if you get them anywhere near an acan ech. they will be diner overnight... :( I lost an entire Fraggle Reef Stardust colony that was about 1 inch away from my rainbow ech. it appears that it reached its tentacles out and just pulled all of the flesh right off of the colony like one might suck a BBQ rib :( so sad.. But my snails sometimes bump my micros onto eachother actually touching and when I find them in the morning they are fine and no worse for wear I just move them again

I'd keep them separate, since while they may not fight when touching, once they start to grow into each other the dominant colony will take out the other ones, and even a small amount of damage could lose you the whole colony of the less dominant micros, best to keep them in their own little areas separately
