question about one of my rock anemones

One of my rock anemones when I put it in the tank sort of rolled down into a crevice at the bottom of the tank in the back corner. I'm debating if I should move him or will he move on his own if he is unhappy? His foot is attached to the back glass right now. He is also rather bleached (got him that way) but I should be able to nurse him back to health. I haven't had rock nems before, only BTAs which I know will move around as they see fit. Wasn't sure if rock nems were the same.

The other one is up near the top back of the tank looking happy. He ate some shrimp yesterday. Sorry the pic is a bit blurry, iphone pics are tough with the lighting.

Not bleached....flowers come in an unlimited amounts of colors.....and will change under lighting conditions also...their natural habitat id 2-10 feet deep in the keys...so imaging the light they get...

Ahhh learning more things every day! Thanks Rich, I thought to ask but didn't want to bug you any more than I already have haha! :bounce1:

Will he move if he's not happy in his spot? They really are very cool anemones.

Yup...hands off.... lol :bounce3:

I have 4 of them. One is embedded in the sand. Two have their foot stuck in rocks high above near the circulation pump and two anemone crabs occupy each one.
They will move around but not as a BTA as they feel fit but tend to stay put for the most part which is what I love about them. If they move it isn't like they go all over the tank, they move up higher on the rock is what mine did. Not much of a move compared to BTA.
Your light green is one I have seen and a beautiful one. Flowers are one of the easiest to keep and imo the easiest.

To add the two flowers perched on the rocks have the water blasted them and the anemone crab and anemone looks like they are surfing. I guess they like since they haven't moved one bit when I installed it. They aren't picky eaters. I feed mine mysis shrimp.

they r probably one of the easiest reef creatures to keep. mine would move within a 2-3 inch radius all the time. mine never ate anything i gave it.
