question about ro/di?

I just got the bulk reef supply 5 stage ro/di, and all seems well, tds is coming out 0. I was just wondering, if im only using it about twice a week, producing about 40 gallons, do I need to empty the unit of water when its not in use? or is it ok to leave the water in the canisters?

Good question. I always leave it in. I never flush it. I would like to know myself if that is ok or not. I use mine about once maybe twice per week too.

Yes - just leave the water in the system.

I tend to listen to Russ, and once again agree with him. Don't bother draining it.
