Question about this little guy

Apologies in advance for the picture (and algae spot!)

I got this little guy by mistake instead of a yellow clown goby in order # A2678862. I've already contacted a very nice lady in customer service by phone and they made everything right.

My question is - What is this guy exactly and what was he being fed?

I fed some frozen mysis to my other fish and this little blue guy came out and was swimming around, but didn't grab for any, despite ample opportunity.

I appreciate any help you can give.

Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for shipping the incorrect fish on your recent LiveAquaria order. This is a Green Clown Goby, they are carnivores and will eat frozen food as well a flake food in the home aquarium. If we can be of any additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
