Question on Ordering

For someone interested in ordering one of your 55 gal. 'packages' and also interested in getting some really nice Christmas Tree worm rock in the package, which is typically the best month to order when you have your best stock?

Seems like their sense of urgency to make sales is as bad for you as it is for me. No response. I placed an order over a week ago and still haven't heard a word from these people.
