Question on sump flow

I have a 240g RR FOWLR tank. For the drain I a using 1 1/2 inch
Bulkheads. For the Return I got 1 inch bulk heads but my LFS
sold me 3/4 inch Bulkheads instead for the return. Will this still
Work or should I just switch the 3/4 inch Bulkheads to the 1 inch
for the returns.
