Question Tang ID experience

Hi All,

While in Anna Maria Island over the weekend I saw a nice pair of what I thought were Acanthurus coeruleus (Atlantic Tang ) in a display tank at a restaurant . Also saw what I think were the same fish - in a pair - at TIA in one of the display tanks by the pick up area.
As I plan on buying a new house in the upcoming 8 months I am starting to plan my next build.
Any thoughts on :
The ID of the fish?
The fact that they are paired (or what looked to be so )
Success stories
tank size
etc.

Looks like Atlantic Blues to me.

I've kept small ones (yellow phase) that I caught. Traded in when I went from fowlr to reefing.

They get large and are mean. Otherwise their care is the same as most tangs.
