I live in the Florida Keys and we have common Anemones down here alot of them are white with purple tips and some are all purple. I just put a maroon clown in the tank and he does not seem to care about the anemones. Will all clowns use anemones. Is there anyway to get the clown to use the anemones.

sounds like a condy, to me. a picture would help. However if that is what you have a clown wont host it and if it tries, the anemone is just as likely to eat it.

Those anemones aren't natual hosts for clownfish although some clowns will accept them as a host. no guarantees

I've had yellow gobies disappear without the aid of an anemone. FWIW the condy anemone is a very hardy(as far as anemones go) animal that does well in the aquarium. I have had frenatus clowns host them, but that is it.
