what kind of shrimp is this

it hides under the sand all day with only its eyes sticking out and him and my banded coral shrimp dont seem to get along.

That isn't a mantis shrimp. Can't think of the name but he is harmless. I will go do a search and see if i can find a link for you.

kinda greyish seethrough and light blue lil stripes

That would be the one i was thinking of, but i can't find any info on them. They aren't very popular, because they stay hidden all of the time. They are harmless as far as i have ever heard. They are great night time scavengers, and do the sand a valuable service by keeping it stirred up. If i can find anything, i will post it here for you.
