work better than bazooka bubble gum, too. you can get it at hobby places too (like mitchells) it's cyano-acrylate (sp?) glue. crazy glue gel. etc...

You know it hardens like a rock, not sure about what else it may leach into the tank
 
One interesting addition. The two part epoxy (reef safe type) can be used as small decorator enhancements on your coral. It makes great shelving (small) but I don't recommend it for adhering rocks together.
It's perfect for your bright polyps such as Eagle Eyes or even Zombie eyes.
