Questions about ordering and picking up items

I have a grocery list of things I am sure I am going to purchase and I plan to pick them up. I also need some miscellaneous plumbing items, like bulkheads, strainers and loc-line. I believe I can order the things I know for sure and pick them up, but when can I pick them up?? Also, what if I get down there and decide to get a few extra things, can I purchase them without ordering first?? Does that make sense??

If you order online, usually we can get an order ready in 1-2 hours, what we do is call/email soon as we pull the items. We pull orders off the web at different times though, usually 9-10am, around 12-1pm and 2pm (2pm is cut off for ship out orders, so always do those around 2-2:30. If you ordered and needed to pickup fast, email us at sales@premiumaquatics.com and we can try and pull another batch of orders to get yours in processed.

Once you get here, it is possible to get other things, but just depends on how busy we are. Usually getting you more drygoods is no problem, livestock would depend on staff and how busy, sometimes everyone is on the phone or packing orders.
