Quick question about MM low profile overflows

I emailed MM to see if they could custom make one for me where the inside overflow is quite a bit wider than the external part and they can do it.

They need to know what size drains I would need in the external box... I'm very new to this setup and I'm not sure.

Here's the specs:
DT: 40B
Sump/Fuge: 20L
Planned flow: about 300gph (Is that right for my setup?)
Return Pump: TBD (Buying later to fit the flow that I need.)

I'd like to keep it quiet, so I'm worried about going to big and not having enough flow to make it quiet.

Are you planning on doing the Bean Animal design, the herbie design or just a durso?

Comes with 3 pipes in the external box, so I am planning on doing bean animal. From what I have heard/seen, the plumbing will fit.

The plumbing can be really tight from what I've seen, but yes a Bean Animal should fit.
