Quick question - broken return pump

So I stupidly bought a used setup the guy had taken down for a couple of years and it came with three little giant return pumps. The one I was using decided to die after a couple months and the other 2 I learned far too late don't work at all either. Fun stuff. I don't get paid till next week so I don't think I'll be able to afford a new one till then. My question is this - with the two koralia 4s in my 100 gallon, can I wait till next week to buy a new pump? In the sump I have just a skimmer and some live rock, nothing too fancy. The way I have the return setup is it doesn't provide a whole lot of flow to the tank, just helps to turn over the water.

My stocking list is lightish, 1 yellow tang, 2 clowns, 5 chromis, some small corals (torch, ZOA frag, hammer coral), and a cuc.

Thank you both SO SO much for the offer. Incredibly generous. My roommate ended up loaning me some money so we spent the night setting up the new pump.
