Quick question: When will my cyanoacrylate glue dry?

Hey-

I just glued some PVC fittings onto the pipes with some cyanoacrylate super glue I bought, when do you suppose I can count on it to be dry? 1 hour? 24 hours?

I'm just curious because I just filled up a new tank that's going to be a reef (yay!) but my DIY overflow has a super super tiny leak, maybe a drop per hour? I'd like to go to bed and sleep easy, so I want to start up the pump that will be pumping water back from the refugium, But that means my superglue needs to dry....

Thanks!

Well the cyanoacrylate was what I had lying around, I knew it was reef safe, and I had FANTASTIC results when I had to glue some plastic to some glass in another application...

This stuff does dry underwater doesn't it? I could have sworn I have heard of people using it to glue frags down...

lol thank you for your contribution. In case anyone was on the edge of their seat, I've got the sump up and running, and its working great. Who knows, if I hadn't gotten it going the drip might have drained the entire aquarium in ten years. Can't wait till I've got the corals in...
