Are there any issues with increasing magnesium too quickly? I'm at 1140 and would like to bring it up over 1300. What time frame should I shoot for for this increase?
I recommend 100 ppm per day max, using a supplement such as that from ESV or Kent, or Dead Sea Works MAG Flake (magnesium chloride) as a deicer at a hardware store. Epsom salts is a second choice, but not as good in terms of ionic balance.
