quietdrive controller fail

I noticed that my 2 quietdrives were not working properly today. The were all still lit up and seemed to be working correctly but I noticed that they were on the lowest power setting. I pulled up my settings on reeflink and it would only recognize one pump... the other one was grayed out. I changed the setting in ecosmart and it would only reprogram one pump. I powered off both pumps. Now one lights back on but dosent start up. When you press mode it will go to constant and start up.... the other just flashes red and then white and I cant do anything to reset it.

The quiet drive that is blinking red/white wont even take a hard reset

Red/White flashing would indicate the pump is in firmware update mode. Removing power from the pump for 30 seconds should resolve the issue, but if it didn't please call in today to further troubleshoot this issue.

Hi Alex removing the power did not fix it.... I will call today ! Thx

Got it fixed.... Tim had me power the driver down , open it up remove the RF mod, power back up to see if it worked, then power it down and add back the RF mod, then power back up. Thx guys
