Quinine Sulphate For Ich

I have been doing some research on quinine sulphate as an effective treatment for ich. National Fish Pharmaceuticals sells it under the product Crypto-Pro. My research (not a lot of info about it) indicates that it is a very effective treatment to permanently irradicate ich, even hypo and copper resistant strains. It is supposed to do nothing to damage the biological filter or hurt the fish. It will kill phosynthetic corals and/or macro algae. Since my system has no inverts or corals and consists almost exclusively of base rock, I am thinking this may be my best option. I have my fish now in hypo for about 3 weeks, and I just do not think that it is going to ultimately get rid of the ich, particularly because on of my fish just yesterday started to scratch again. I just have too many fish to quarantine. This seems like my best option. Anyone have any experience with this treatment that they could share?
