Quite different looking polyp

Can anyone tell me what type of SPS this is? It doesn't have your ordinary, everyday 'polyp'. Hopefully you can see the type of polyp by the pic.

Huh? So what does that mean? Why are they coming out of the corralites where the polyps should be coming from?
 
agreed, they are hydriods; as to id, maybe a formosa? but it is hard to tell from that close

they are a pest, they just happen to be there
 
Its a wild caught colony, thats why theyre there. I wouldnt worry about them. THeyre not the really nasty hydroids.
 
Looks like the acro is bleaching at the tips already. The hydroids are suffocating it.

You can try brushing them off, but it doesnt look good for the acro.

Those hydroids are naturally occuring in the wild, and dont really bother the colony. I've got an acro with them, and it is fine, and has been for a while. I dont think theyre the problem with that one.

It's just the pic that makes it look like that. The tips are actually a light blue and look good.
