Sent in a couple of pumps to be checked out. One I thought was ok warranty-wise but the other I wasn't really sure and was well prepared to pay for repair. Roger sent me 2 brand new new-style pumps within 2 weeks!!!!! unbelievable what Tunze does for its customers. That is why I will always own tunze pumps, period!!!
