Radioactive Star polyps

Hello all, quick question to all you experts(ive only been into this for a short time). I recently bought Radioactive Star polyps and they seemed to be doing pretty good. The first few days they were out and all seemed good. The last 2 days thought they didnt come out at all. This happened since i fed them. It was Kents Zooplex. Since then they havent really come out. All my tests came back really good on the water. Tonight i did a water change too to try to help this. Any advise or help would be appreciated.

can you post your water parameters.

and if your water was good, why did you need to perform a water change?

Here is the parameters
Ammonia-0
nitrates-0
nitrites-0
Ph-8.4
Calcium 425
Temp is 78 degrees
I did the water change because i was told by a local "expert" that was the right thing to do every 2 weeks at least. It was two weeks since the last one so that is why i did it. Plus i wanted some of the water from the established tank for a new 45 i would like to start in the near future.

Mine close up from time to time, but always open up in a few days. I'm no expert, but i would suggest keeping your params in check and trying not to move them or do anything to disturb them for a few days. Let us know how it goes!
