Radion Ballast Location

I had my stand built for my 48x18x21 rimless tank. I am going to suspend my Radions from the ceiling and I am not sure about where to place the ballast. I have room in my stand but I am nervous about the moisture being a problem. Where do you guys have yours located? Here are some pictures too help

I have mine in my stand just like like I did my MH ballast.
