Perhaps both depending upon your needs.
I have G3 Pros, but the wide-angle lens do take away substantially from PAR, and the effect is a bit different the further out you get from a "straight down" light perspective under the LEDs at the same height. Until something better comes along, this post of mine may help provide a view what I found with the wide angle lenses on my tank. You can use some of my numbers there to roughly compare against the normal G3 pro lenses provided by another person in adjoining posts to at least get a feel for the lens effect.

Yes, if you add the wide angle lens to your tank your par will be cut in 40-60% so you will have to up the par to compensate.
