Radion Pro Communication after Wireless Change

I have 3 Radion Pro units on a public aquarium display and all was working well until museum locked down their wireless for security reasons. Since then I can USB connect to the "master" light but cannot get communication going between all three lights. Can anyone tell me if the light units themselves need to interface with the wireless router or am I going down wrong path? I see a lot of reference to doing a factory reset but hesitate to do this since at the moment they are working and following the original daily program I set them up with. I did get them started in acclimation mode and so they are "stuck" at 67% intensity instead of gradually increasing over the 5 weeks I programmed. Otherwise daily program is working across all 3 units.

Appreciate any insights. I'm new to these lights so apologize if this is an elementary question.
 
I had a similar issue. Factory re-set fixed it.

My program was very simple it took less then 1 min to re-program. How about exporting the program?

Please follow these steps to correct your issue:

1. Disconnect via USB and power down all lights for at least 30 seconds
2. Log in to EcoSmart Live using Google Chrome or Safari
3. Select the “Settings” then “New Profile” and “Yes”
4. Log out of EcoSmart Live
5. Start the Connection Manager and connect via USB to one Radion
6. Right click the connection manager icon select “USB Radion” then “Factory Reset” and “Yes”
7. Repeat step 6 for each light
8. Log in to EcoSmart Live and program your lights using the Aquarium Setup
9. Select the “Program All” button to save all changes

Will do this during office hrs in case I run into problem. With it being a public display I can't leave it for any time without lights. Will have to try this 1st week of Sept. thanks for quick feedback.

Thank you, i followed your "guide line" steps 1 to 9 but first updated my laptop to use the latest version of Google Chrome and set it as default as i was using IE, followed steps 1 to 9 exactly and so far everything works perfectly. Very happy, fantastic quality product.
