radion ramp down

hello, I have a ramp ecotech radion G2 No. 08264503532217 that no longer works .
When I plug the LED above it lights in red, enlightened LEDs on and off more .de fan is not working. I tested on another power but it still does not work but the other so therefore it's not a supply problem .

It sounds as though that Radion has a hardware issue and will need to be repaired. In your case, I would recommend having the light sent in. Please go to http://ecotechmarine.com/support/request-service/ and fill out our Return Materials Authorization form to receive the necessary email and other information you need to send in your part/pump for service.
