Radion xr30w G2? No Red

I was working on my light settings and notice the red color red was not responding. I went to live demo and try each color individually every color work except for red, it does not work it all.

I reboot lights.
update firmware
calibrate light (no red during calibration)
and nothing

Note: I have 3 Radions over the tank all with the same issue.

am I Missing anything?

does what I though & that is why I reboot and update firmware on all units
it does not even give me an error or anything.
